Helping Hand EAP

Our Mission is to help your employee reach their personal, professional and emotional goals, as well as overcome hardships before there is a significant impact upon their colleagues, family, friends, or their health. As a result, an employer can expect a reduction in sick leave, insurance claims, work related accidents, and workers compensation claims.

At any given time, approximately 25% of your work force has personal problems that impact their ability to perform their jobs effectively. These same employees may be absent 3 to 5 times than normal and are usually at least 25% less productive. Even the best of employees occasionally encounter problems that overwhelm them and compromise their ability to focus on their jobs.

Why the Helping Hand EAP? Our Passion is helping people. We are not an Insurance Company, or contracted with a Managed Care Institution. We do not offer numerous non-related services that distract form our mission. Simply, we focus on “People Helping People.”

Since 1985, we have offered confidential services 365 days per year with emphasis upon face to face counseling by well trained licensed therapists.
