Helping Hand EAP Services

The Helping Hand EAP is staffed by licensed counseling professionals specializing in areas such as relationships, substance abuse, workplace production, along with all major psychiatric issues. Our network of counselors possess a Master’s or Ph.D level of training and are ready to provide timely and compassionate guidance on an concerns impacting your employee’s and their family’s well-being. All counselors are carefully screened. Uniquely, most are actually interviewed, because we believe your staff deserves the best care!

We provide confidential counseling services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When your employee calls our 800 number or our emergency beeper number, they will be connected to a counselor who will make an initial assessment over the phone. A referral is then made to a therapist specializing in the area of concern practicing in your local vicinity. The initial appointment is usually scheduled within five business days; emergencies are scheduled immediately.

Our staff will closely monitor the empolyee’s status to ensure their safety and that their needs are being met.
